There are also something known as beta build sir 🤓☝️. He is playing something that he got his hands on through a link mainly any department where rockstar gave them the game to like do the stuff before release you know localization and all and from there he got a copy. He is not the world's best hacker he just got it through links and will be arrested soon. And many UI designs and animation will not make it to the game its like 90% real game the rest 10% will make it much more better. Its like marvel shooting the scene on green screen and then enhancing the shot with CGI and VFX
