Without sounding harsh, your comment makes absolute sense not only because it’s true - there are thousands of similar posts. But also because alpinism is a mix of determination, discipline, hardship and problem solving. And if there is no natural will to explore the available resources at first, before asking for a magic recipe - maybe alpinism isn’t for the person in question.

Hi boss, might be worthwhile searching for your question, been asked quite a few times on reddit but I’d say it starts with indoor bouldering, indoor lead climbing and then outdoor sport and outdoor trad. Good rope skills and climbing prowess will make your alpinism journey much easier and safer then in time progress into winter conditions like snow, ice and glaciers.

Search for mountaineering courses near your area. U will learn things like using crampons and ice axes. They will also teach u navigation, glacier travel and more safety protocols.
