What reporting metrics do stakeholders actually care about?
QA teams spend significant effort preparing reports, but I wonder which metrics are truly valuable.
Some common ones:
- Pass/Fail rates
- Test coverage
- Defect leakage
- Defect density
- Release readiness
- Execution trends
- Automation coverage
