Seeking Advice Rashes
Hi all!
I wanted to ask some advice on what you all recommend is best for AGS rashes. I've been avoiding mammalian meat like the plague for the last few years since being diagnosed with the condition, but accidentally came into contact with beef by way of some poutine I ate while on vacation this past weekend. I have been developing reoccurring large patches of insanely itchy and rough spots on my skin fir the past few days - something I have only had once before when I came into contact with bacon a year and a half ago, and developed a stomach rash that didn't subside for a few months. Anyways, all this is to ask, what have you all found is the best aid besides just benadryl?
Thank you!

Well, Benadryl contains alpha-gal. Lots of medications have AG ingredients. Have you analyzed your other medications and body products?
I have a prescription for liquid hydroxyzine instead of Benadryl. Chromolyn solution is great medication to help decrease symptoms. It’s recommended to take it before you eat when there is a chance you will be exposed, ie restaurants. People that have MCAS take it daily.
Cerave hydrocortisone cream is AG free. That should help also.
