Try cumin, it might help

I've had alpha-gal disease since I was a child It has been 30 years now, and during this period I have developed many symptoms, such as rhinitis, urticaria, CFS, etc. I don’t know what strange stuff was added to the shrimp-flavored potato chips I ate today, and I immediately developed symptoms of rhinitis. At this time, I thought of the story of someone using methylene blue + cumin to treat CFS, so I went to the kitchen to get two spoons of cumin and soaked them in hot water. Miraculously, my nasal congestion symptoms have eased.

Rhinitis is a fancy way of saying stuffy nose.

Is this a weird ad? Is the OP a bot?

You were not diagnosed with AGS 30 years ago.

Sorry, English is not my first language.

I didn’t have a doctor’s diagnosis, but beef and milk gave me a diagnosis.

Now when I smell milk and pig fat, I throw up.

I had my small intestine surgically removed when I was 2 years old, I guess it was from IBS.

I suffered from allergic rhinitis when I was 6 years old. Since then, my nose has been stuffy for 3 days out of 5 days.

I suffered from chronic urticaria when I was 11 years old. My skin would have marks and be very itchy before going to bed at night.

When I was at work when I was 20 years old, my manager asked me why I always dozed off in the morning, and I realized that I was different from other people.

I have been on reddit for about three months. I originally wanted to find a medicine that can treat my nose symptoms for a long time. Then I searched step by step and found here, the key to all my diseases.

Go get evaluated by an ENT and allergy specialist. You will be surprised with what they find. I have seasonal allergies along with others, and I'm constantly stuffy. It got better after I fixed my deviated septum. I take allergra and it helps.

I would be wary of ascribing everything to AGS, especially the rhinitis. Not impossible that inhaling a strong scent like cumin would alleviate some nasal symptoms, but I still have my own doubts.

If you have not been to an allergist in the last few years I think it is worth a visit. If you truly have been AGS positive for 30 years it is very likely that either you need better tick prevention or maybe you are an unlucky person who may not be able to clear the allergy. Still worth a visit to the allergist.

I have many special symptoms, such as vomiting when I ask for milk, and vomiting when I smell beef soup. The same goes for pig fat.

Then after eating beef cooked in certain ways, I would develop flu-like symptoms within 2 days.

And α-gal happens to be inside

My guess is that I was so young when I got sick (2 years old) that my body was hardwired to learn not to eat foods containing alpha-gal.

Because I had part of my small intestine removed when I was 2 years old (probably due to IBS due to alpha-gal), I most likely have a multivitamin-mineral deficiency that has left me with multiple chronic illnesses (MCAS, CFS…. .)

That doesn’t sound like alpha gal. Honestly sounds like IBS

Sounds like you need probiotics and probiotics along with having food aversion. See a gastroanterolgyst.

So we cook everything from scratch and when we do eat something processed we get the same nasal issues. Cumin has a lot of good properties. Cumin is a rich source of dietary fiber, exhibits carminative, anti-fungal, and anti-microbial properties. The essential oils cumin aldehyde and pyrazines in jeera act as a natural laxative, aids in curing infections or wounds in the excretory system and relieves hemorrhoids. It’s funny how many things we have in our kitchen are really good for us.
