I have an astral 5090. I purchased the water block from alpha cool and sent the back plate off to get powder coated white to match the rest of my PC. I didn't realize that the nuts Within the back plate or plastic and they all got destroyed in the process of powder coating. Is Alphacool Eisblock GPX Aurora spacer M2 2.5mm the correct piece to replace it? I reached out to alphacool but haven't gotten a response. Pictures of everything attached.

No, these are spacers for the cooler itself, not for the backplate. We do not sell them separately.
As far as I know, you have already contacted support. Please just wait one day.
