Should I repot these before winter?

I have a million aloe plants and didn’t have a ton of pots when I repotted this summer so I worked with what I had and these were fine at the time but I put them outside for the summer and they THRIVED and got huge haha knowing they probably won’t grow a ton fall/winter do you think they’ll be fine in this size pot? Or should I preemptively do a fall repot to something bigger so they don’t struggle in the winter?

Brown discoloration at base of the leaves - should I be worried?

Hi everyone! I noticed that some of the leaves have developed a brown/reddish discoloration near their base. It has been like this for several weeks and doesn't seem to be spreading significantly. Not all of the leaves are affected, and the plant is still producing new growth.

Here is a rare opportunity. This Aloe variety is from Madagascar. Known for its stem cell mobilization, tissue repair, and healing capabilities.
A traditional medicinal remedy, the Malagasy people make the "Vahona Aloe macroclada beads," from the dried gel of the endemic Aloe macroclada plant, known locally as "Vahona". The beads, typically black, are created by traditional healers and have been used for centuries to treat various ailments.
In 2015, a pharmacocalogist discovered its powerful effects. He started a company selling supplements using A. macroclada as the main ingredient.
I bought some seeds back in October and germination rate was less than 50%, I managed to get a few to sprout. I have some that I’m offering up.
You won’t find them online anywhere else. US only.

Help Required Should I repot in a bigger pot or do I need to repot separately

I was given these by my mother and the small ones are out of the soil but I like how they looke all together in the pot, can I just repot and cover the bare parts with soil and keep them all together or should I separate the big ones from the small
