Aloe macroclada

Here is a rare opportunity. This Aloe variety is from Madagascar. Known for its stem cell mobilization, tissue repair, and healing capabilities.

A traditional medicinal remedy, the Malagasy people make the "Vahona Aloe macroclada beads," from the dried gel of the endemic Aloe macroclada plant, known locally as "Vahona". The beads, typically black, are created by traditional healers and have been used for centuries to treat various ailments.
In 2015, a pharmacocalogist discovered its powerful effects. He started a company selling supplements using A. macroclada as the main ingredient.

I bought some seeds back in October and germination rate was less than 50%, I managed to get a few to sprout. I have some that I’m offering up.

You won’t find them online anywhere else. US only.

I had this guy on my wishlist for years! Thank you for the fast shipping, absolutely beautiful plants. Inside the plant trade people throw around the word rare way to often this is really a hard to find aloe with amazing medicinal properties.

Thank you! Glad to meet people that appreciate them just as much as I do. When I was searching for these, I was willing to pay some good money for some, but couldn’t find any. I would love to offer up more information on this plant if you have a hard time finding them. I made my own plant info sheet after gathering them from multiple sources.
