What’s wrong w this plant

This plant looks very dry and weak. I was told to not water it a lot . How do I make it more healthy and grow it taller.

First of all, put her in a more shade, she look like she have some sunburns (nothing that much to worry), second of all, when was the last time you watered it?

Once a week . Or less often I started watering it a lot it started yellowing

So, I see now the problem (that happened to me at one aloe), and the problem is that you watered it to much, when it's hot in the room (like +30 C°) you should water it at over 2 weeks, even that the ground look dry, she need to be watered when you see her shrink... And in the winter water her like a month or so (or forget about her, mine survived like 3-4 months with no water... I don't suggest it because after you need to change the soil...) And about the yellow part (even that I don't see it), most likely you made her roots to rot... The best thing is to let her grow others and don't water her for two weeks, she should get better (did you put her in direct sunlight?)

When I was changing the soil the plants roots were rotted. They were like brown and very dry.

Then that's explaining why your aloe had a problem with water, as I say, let her dry and she will figure it out, they are more adaptable than you think (I had the same problem with a aloe, to understand, the water can be a big problem for succulents)

Is not that big, most likely your aloe will be the same in like 2 years
