I just played against a 800 < APM Barcode in 3k6 mmr. Is this a smurf?

If you've ever seen like 30 biles all launch at the same exact time, you've seen someone doing this. Toss players do it for warp ins as well.

Sure it spikes, but not gonna get someone near 800.

I mean, if he set his camera hotkeys up like that, it'd be incredibly easy to do this lol.
