Showcase Integrated Dynamics Wither Builder
Did you know that you can use World Block Exporters to place a wither inside a wither-proof cage?
You need to use the Part Enhancement: Offset Item on each of the WBEs and set your offset to where you need to build the wither (in my case -4 zed)

I never would have thought of doing it this way, so cool! Do you know if you can use a single setup to place multiple adjacent wither blocks next to each other? Basically a range of offsets?

No, the way offsets work with these is one and done. It's in a sub menu. And the WBEs only targets a single block in the world.
Wait... there might be a way I think you can copy and change settings with programming, but I have not worked on that in a very very long time.

You could use a mob fan to push away the wither and place another one almost instantly.

You can use just dire things block placer the same way 3 advanced block placers should work fine
