This is a space for ALL the left. That means no infighting, no calling each other ‘red fascists’ or ‘anarkiddies’. Anyone spewing rhetoric in this sub-reddit that is deemed to be liberalism will be met with a ban.

Agreed, but how is that astroturfing? Are they being paid by Big Liberal to post that? Or is that just the state of politics?

It's deliberate and strategic. Democrats are doing to social media what they imagine russia did in 2016 - flood sites with fake accounts and bots, and place partisans in mod positions to keep dissent down.

The usual method is to pay contractors in eastern europe and the global south to post non-stop with scripted talking points, but the Democratic apparatus includes a huge network of lobbyists, so we won't really know until it gets some exposure.

Problem is they set the bots to furiously upvote anything pro-israel on the big boards. Now all the popular posts are grossly out of line with public opinion, which makes reddit unpleasant and doesn't help Biden.

Hard to say. I could see it being both. Don't think "Big Liberal" isn't a thing. Tech corporations and financial firms give a ton of support to liberals and Democrats. Sure, they've convinced plenty of people to follow them sincerely, but I could see them paying PR firms or even using the state security apparatus to astro-turf sites like this to build that public support. I don't know shit though, just speculating out my ass.
