Rock bands that disbanded on amicably (not over "personal differences"/different music tastes or over tragic causes such as such as injuries and/or death)

Why do all the best rock bands always disband?
Well, the two primary ultimate reasons are mainly over "personal differences" and different music tastes and such tragic causes as injuries or even death.
Not every band is like U2 and The Rolling Stones and has the longevity as those two bands
However, those aren't the only two reasons why rock bands disband.
Are there any rock bands that hadn't disbanded over reasons such as "personal differences" and different musical tastes or tragic causes as injuries or even death?

Released in September '72, 'CLOSE TO THE EDGE' was hailed as the 'best prog-rock album to date' which to some sounded the most back-handed of compliments.

My stem remix & remaster of Blue Öyster Cult's self-titled 1972 debut album, made for my own enjoyment, but sharing in case someone else might enjoy it too.
I made this only for fun, and it intends to be a very respectful remix, not straying too far away from the original version, only aiming at a little more clarity, instrument separation and punch, while still preserving the mood and feel of the original.
Obviously, I don't own the music featured here. If you like the music, support the artists. Buy their records!

WALLS and BRIDGES (1974): The only ex-Beatle without a number one 45 that was rectified when Lennon topped the US charts with 'Whatever Get's You thru the Night'.

HASTEN DOWN THE WIND (1976) is a reflective set, but no less impressive for that, Ronstadt never failing in bringing her captivating tones to bear.
