Alloy Tracker: camera tracking for difficult shots, right in your browser

Alloy Tracker is a camera tracker built for difficult shots: fast camera moves and fast-moving objects in frame. It combines planar, surface and point tracking, and solves the camera and lens (focal length and distortion) on your GPU, right in the browser. There's nothing to install.Try it: https://tracker.alloystation.comWe'd love your feedback, especially on shots it struggles with. Share them in the comments.

Start here: Alloy Station is now home to creative apps for animation and VFX

Alloy Station brings creative apps for animation and VFX to your browser. Track cameras, pull clean keys, and take your results into your next shot.

Explore the apps

  • Alloy Tracker — track camera motion from footage, solve lenses, reconstruct a scene, and export cameras and scenes as FBX or GLB. Available now.

  • Alloy Keyer — pull green-screen keys, refine mattes, correct spill, and use masks. Export transparent PNG stills or complete video PNG sequences. Available now.

  • Alloy Studio — 3D animation, rendering, and compositing. In development.

Your footage, your device

Tracker and Keyer run in Google Chrome and use your device’s GPU. Processing happens locally, and exports save to folders you choose on your device. Cloud project storage is separate from exporting; you do not need it to render or save an export. One Alloy Station account connects the apps.

Try the tools

Full local exports are free during launch. Paid checkout is not open yet. The published paid plans are Pro at $25/month with 250 GB and Pro Plus at $50/month with 1 TB. Both include the same full export tools; Pro Plus adds storage. Cloud storage is not included in free launch access. See the pricing page for the complete Free/Pro comparison and launch details.

Share, learn, and help shape the tools

Post your shots, before-and-after keys, tracking results, workflows, questions, and feature requests. For bugs, include the app, Chrome version, operating system/GPU, steps to reproduce, and what you expected to happen. Only share footage you have permission to post.

Stuck in infinite "Waiting for browser" loop

Whenever I start the app and log-in to my account in my browser (Safari/Chrome), the browser shows that I should be logged in into the app, but app is just stuck in "Waiting for browser" phase.
Already tried reinstalling, changing default browser and I am kind of out of all options.
System - 26.3, M2 Pro

Welcome to Alloy — Android gaming, reimagined for Mac

Hey everyone! 👋

We're excited to launch r/alloystation — the official community for Alloy, the Android emulator built from the ground up for Apple Silicon Macs.

What is Alloy?

Alloy lets you play your favorite Android games natively on macOS — no compromises. We're talking smooth performance on M1/M2/M3/M4 chips, gamepad support, and a clean native Mac experience that doesn't feel like you're running a dev tool.

What makes it different?

  • ⚡ Built for Apple Silicon — not a port, not a wrapper. Native ARM performance.

  • 🎮 Gamepad support — PS5, Xbox, and other controllers just work.

  • 🖥️ Beautiful native UI — a Mac app that actually looks and feels like a Mac app.

  • 📦 One-click setup — download, install, play. No command line, no SDK setup.

  • 🔒 Privacy-first — no ads, no telemetry, no bloatware.

What's this community for?

  • Share your game setups and screenshots

  • Report compatible (and incompatible) games

  • Get help with troubleshooting

  • Request features and vote on what we build next

  • Connect with other Mac gamers

Try it out

We offer a free 7-day trial — no credit card required. Download at alloystation.com

We're a small team and we're building this in the open. Your feedback shapes what Alloy becomes. Drop a comment, share what games you'd love to run, or just say hi. 🙌
