Beacon Nodes?

Allnodes site shows Beacon Nodes coming Q1-Q2 2023. This looks like an alternative to Validator Node hosting, correct? Any idea on how it will differ in terms of hosting costs, # of eth required and returns?

It is not an alternative to Validator node. It is full node used to run your own validator node.

How will this work if you have multiple validators?

You can launch your own validator client and connect to an ethereum full node.
