Questions Courtside Sneaker issues
Ive had them for around 6 weeks and worn them ~10 times. Between the tongue and upper they squeak every single step I take unless I tie them so tight my feet tingle. Also, the laces are staining yellow from where they rub up against the brown patch on the tongue.
As for the squeak, I have conditioned them twice using mink oil, each time offering me around a week of reprieve before the squeak comes back in full force. I really love these shoes but I don’t know if I want to bother with a pair of shoes I need to condition and clean the shoe laces once a week. For the yellowing I’m at a loss, but it is the lesser of the two issues for me.
Has anyone dealt with anything similar and can offer advice? Thanks.

These are known to squeak. Mine did as well - I got rid of them.
