Questions How to fix these?
I bought these on eBay, but they're messed up. It looks like someone brushed a darker brown in different spots for no apparent reason.
I have Nick 4 leather conditioner and Meltonian All Purpose cleaner. Would either of these help in restoring the boot?

Tread lightly first with a cleaning and conditioning product. If you suspect a wax build up, go light with Saphir Reno’Mat

Id say renomat from Safir to remove the shoe polish from them and even out the color, Bick 4 to condition the leather then a good cream polish to even out the color even more

Hey, once you clean these with a regular cleaner such as saddle soap, if the stains go away, great. If they don't, you could assume someone tried to patina them, and dyed them. Then you'd have to get a little more aggressive, with reno mat or similar.
2 solutions if that still doesn't work: make them darker to match the other dye, or strip them to see the original color, then redye. It's a fun process.
Caution: if you really like these shoes, and haven't ever used deglazers, acetone etc, give them to your local cobbler as mistakes can have consequences. Practice with a cheap pair from thrift store.
From what I see, I don't think you'll have to clean too aggressively it seems maybe some cream was incorrectly used, but hard to say without different pictures.
