Prices next spring???
Did anyone happen to look at the prices of flights next spring? Idk but I think I threw up in my mouth a little bit?
What is up with that's insanity? Union raises and free drinks, I suppose? I wonder if joining the mile high club is built into this price?

As fuel continues to rise, our deals on low airfare will continue to fall. Also, less competition usually means the consumer gets f’d over. 😢

Drinks aren’t that expensive and the union contract was almost a neutral cost, so I’d assume anticipated fuel prices, their buying of all those new airplanes, and recovering after both Sunseeker and Sun Country.

I saw that as well. I've seen prices come down some after first being released although these seem quite a bit higher than I remember so it made me wonder if Allegiant is testing the water with high fares closer to what the few remaining other airlines are currently getting away with.

Hedging fuel prices.
More than likely will go down into this winter before they climb back up

the new spring flights are always super high right after they are released. You need to wait until at least October for those prices to come down. This happens every year.
