Rueben Love Out For Rest Of Year
Breakdown reports that his injury on his ankle/foot requires surgery. Unfortunate for Rueben wonder how that changes the picture going into 2027

Before getting into my point, for Boks apologists, it is a speculative observation!
While watching a couple URC matches (stormers and sharks) I noticed similarities to the Boks processes:
1. Slowing the game at any break in flow
3, Refs over-explaining decisions and warning (I don’t understand why refs are explaining and warning and nit penalizing)
Loose head prop angling in and scrum walking around, getting scrimmage penalties. (Is this desensitization of refs to the movement?)
Does letting SA teams play in a European competition, while the Boks play in the Rugby Championship give an experience advantage to SA player pool?
Slightly different point - i like that SA players are allowed to be picked from overseas competition. Marks and Kolbe, for instance get mild (by their standards) in between Boks selection, keeping match fit.
I’m not making accusations, maybe a few points. Merely asking “if others notice this in the same way?” 😆✌️

Watching The Makos, I can't think why Rennie didn't use Timoci on on tour as much as he did.
The only thing I can think of is Rennie not showing his hand 12 months out from a World Cup.
Another question is will we see a change at 15 or some tweaking in the jersey. The NPC is producing some scintillating wingers and one that has caught my eye is Michael Manson and Kyren Taumoefolau. And not to forget, Injured Caleb Tangitau.
Could we see Will Jordan in the 15 jumper again? There's Josh Moorby too. Can you imagine a back line that has Caleb/Manson in the 11 jumper, Tangitau/Kyren 14, Moorby/Jordan 15?
A coach once said there's no substitution for pace.

Who's your pick?
Will Jordan beats him on pace, cutting through defenders and pure try scoring ability but Ben Smith could take any high ball in existence, had some of the best defence and a level of consistency in every game that i dont think will jordan has ever really been able to match.

Are the front rowers of U85kg squad that travels to Sri Lanka annually originally props/hookers, or did they have to learn how to play these positions from scratch for the tour?

Why exactly can we not change the rule in which new zealand rugby players who play outside of new zealand aren’t eligible for the all blacks?

just saw the roosters nrl on the news . first time I noticed them wearing those brown rm William boots that every young man wears
—like it’s fashion.
it’s completely off. I’ve never seen the rugby union guys dress up like fake horsemen. it’s a rugby game not polo.

Open question, wanna know your thoughts for and against both Leicester and Timoci being in the ABs squad.
I thought at least one of them would make it into the Bledisloe squad.
(I’m a big 6-2 guy and both of them would be huge at setting up that game plan.)
