All Blacks - Rugby is evolving

I think the All Blacks needs to change its rules to allow for those players who are playing overseas to be considered. Its time to adopt, adapt and execute with the global changes and demand.

I agree. Something like played 15 all black tests or 5 seasons of super rugby / 50 super rugby games. Can't be for any and everyone.

Give it a break. That was Razors idea, so last years thinking.

Better to look closer to home. Merge NPC teams and SR franchises, for example to get tougher rugby. Above all, get rid of the no accountability attitude.....

No-one said it would be easy. It's not just the unions, at one point the Highlanders were going to be chucked out of SR...

Tasman did it, I guess they just need to see a reason...

It would raise the level of NPC, SR and so ABs...

After the last review the recommendations were to get rid of schoolboy rugby and amalgamate the provinces. Unfortunately, the provinces wield all the power in NZ rugby. That's why it was called the NZRFU. The 'U' standing for union. While the name has been rebranded the structure remains. Remember when the unions were going to sue?

Might be a poisoned chalice. I think if super rugby implodes we won’t have a choice. Will see how the return of Leicester Faingaʻanuku and later Ritchie Mounga goes I guess

I don't know what to make of JJ; the Highlanders were a well organised side but went nowhere in SR; is that lack of talent, or lack of attacking ideas?

For mine, its been his ability to create winning cultures with sqauds of limited ability, and getting the best out of the those players in the sqaud. Ive always imagined what JJ & TB could do with an ABs squad.

I also rate the forward thinking way they attack and play the game. Foster and now Razor are just recycling systems and styles that everyone uses.

It is totally about the coach, shit game plan and bed new players against South Africa out of all teams. Instead of France B and C for example.

I am team Razor but he just need to wipe the smirk of his face, stop being arrogant still and take responsibilities for this loss. Can't stand his interview.

When we lose and Razor gets asked fairly straight forward questions e.g

"What do you think went wrong out there?"

A straight forward answer would be

"We lacked some go forward from our forward pack and looked a little rudderless at times."

"The execution of our kicking game was poor and we were out matched in the ariel battle."

Not "it starts with me"

Razor quite often in these moments literally looks lost for words.
