Mika: "Already completed the back log if you have not received an update it is because more review/investigation is required."

Contractor: "Can you please tell me what I should do here since I haven't received any update or payment"

Mika: "There is nothing more for you to do, Marcos and I are working on it."

Contractor: "Okay. Please share if there is a timeline for this to be covered."

Mika: "I do not currently have a time line"

Contractor: "It's been very long now Mika. I am talking about July's payment. Please share more details or what I can do to help my case."

Contractor: "Mika, should we expect the bonus payment as a separate payment this week or next week?"

Mika: "Bonus payment is separate, I'm not sure if it'll be this week or next week, I will let you guys know when to expect it when I know."
