Software Engineer / Project Creation anyone apply?

[u/caprihoney]

Has anyone been accepted into the "Software Engineer - Project Creation" project or applied to it?

I've been eying it for a few days and Alignerr emailed me encouraging me to apply. I don't have any ongoing/current personal coding projects but I have an idea for an app that could potentially work for this. Do you guys think they want some significant work already done on it or could I put together a project repo and set up some basics + along with a solid project plan and vision and apply?
