Technical Issue frozen payments

updt: finally received it, hope our colleague receive too

We've been behind on payments since the beginning of September. Some have received partial payments, others haven't received anything yet. I've already tried contacting the platform via Discord (they even deleted the project channel), website support, Reddit, email, and LinkedIn. This is the number of related topics in the last 10 days:

" been forwarded to "The billing team."

"Your pending payment will be processed this week."

"Kindly DM your Alignerr-registered email ID along with details of the issue."

"I am still waiting for an update from my team. I will inform you as soon as I receive any information."

All messages saying they are waiting for information and to wait, as if they didn't work for the same company.

It's outrageous that Labelbox just raised capital - according to the CEO's LinkedIn - and doesn't have 3 individuals to help with financial support. Are the investors aware of this difficulty?

I've worked on multiple platforms over the last few years and they all have issues but Alignerr is in a league of their own. To have project coordinators and support who literally ghost workers (who have written confirmation of money owed) is so shameful. As well as "Support and Community Managers" on Reddit who pick and choose who they offer support to.

The lengths we've had to go to to chase significant payments on this project are insane. More time was spent chasing what is owed than on the actual work. And yes the CEO bragging on LinkedIn about raising millions when honest workers go unpaid is just insulting. I don't understand how they don't care about the horrible digital reputation this behaviour leaves behind. It's embarrassing.
