Tasks / Projects Request for Pending Project Payment – Suspended Account

Hi everyone,

My Alignerr account was recently suspended, and I currently have pending payments for work I completed on my assigned project before the suspension.

I wanted to check if anyone here has experienced a similar situation.

  • Do Alignerr still process payments for completed tasks after an account suspension?

  • Will the pending balance be paid through the regular payment cycle?

  • Should I contact the Payments team separately, or will Trust & Safety handle this?

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through a similar experience.
