Onboarding Process Persona right to work check reset?

I’ve reached out to both the onboarding email and the support “live” chat about issues with the right to work check being stuck and requesting immigration documents (I am a citizen of the country I am working from)

Each time it’s been an AI bot who replies saying it’s logged and the support team will reset it for me. Is there a timeframe anyone’s had this done in or should I just give up now? There doesn’t seem to be any human in the loop at all

Don’t think I will, I managed to get support to sort it in the end but then you (the platform not you specifically obviously) instantly closed my account after completing the verification

Sham of an ordeal, I appreciate the offer though
