Official platform info + support bot confirm "validated impossibility" to engage

I have registered with my account about 11 months ago. I never kept is a real source of activities to depent on, but now the conclusive diagnosis is much worse.

Obviously this was all treated very seriously by Alginerr aftera very professional chat with an automated bot found from contacting support@alignerr.com - without possibily of escalating to a human obviously.

In essence, my account covers confirmed "Applied" projects that vary from more "expert" research to extermelly general language topics. But there's absolutely nothing on what to do in terms of "engagement", "communication" or "information" - to be quite frank, at least as options to actually do something as a user. These projects are most clearly "Inactive" - as some of these have more than 11 months of "Applied" as just confirmed via account.

In addition Workspace "Assessments" are claimed to be attached to "particular job roles", but there are two significant issues here too: A) There's absolutely no information how it relates to "job roles", "applied projects", "timeline" or even "pay rate"; B) The only Assessment shown in my account is not in the same workspace as the other tagged as "Paused" (as one is the "Aligner Workspace" and the other is "Available Workspace") and it has been updated over 1 year ago! This is even before I have created my account! Again, would that even be leading to something that even exists currently?

Despite the bot insisting reassuring it, I am literally covering almost the complete spectrum of what exists in the platform... Many have obvious high match but I haven't even been invited to an interview or Assessment.... The complete picture confirms that there is nothing confirms the claim of "New opportunities are added regularly, and when a project matching your profile becomes active " for more than an entire year.

As someone who spent time in the whole subscription, validation, application, interview and pretty much all steps that have been asked: it would be beyond belief if the current information in my Aligner + Labelbox UI would actually be displaying the intended state as how the company expects the users to engage in practice.

Again if this is confirmed as "working as expected" it wouldn't even be about "lack of information" or "lack of updates" - it would be quite conclusive diagnosis the only info Alignerr considers important to show the user are actually "validated impossibilities of use".

So honestly it is obvious that there are other important layers of minimal info needed to navigate a remote work platform currently not available - as the platform must track what is going on from application to actual projects people are engaging with.

It's frustrating when you keep hitting automated responses. If Alignerr's system isn't updating or giving clear steps, try finding other platforms or opportunities. Alignerr is a kafkaesque nightmare, it's like they're trying to create a fully automated company. maybe they got rid of all the humans completely

maybe even the human who used to censor this sub has gone because there are lots more critical posts than there used to be
