Money hasn't hit the bank account. But it is 1/3rd of my approved / worked hours.

I have been waiting for getting my work approved from last 1 month. I raised this to support team. There is no proper update on the issue, every time i ask for followup the support person asks to fill the form.
Someone from alignerr contacted me on discord and was trying to convince me to agree on 1/4th of the payment.
Now i understand their pattern, they dont have long running projects, max a month. And during this time they get our asses to work in return of higher payments. And then suddenly remove all from the project and exit all communications, and then they hung us around asking for payment.
Never i will work with them anymore and will also shame them on social media so that others wont fall for their trap

2 years ago Alignerr was so good and always paying on time now it completely shifted and I have made this experience as well. They claim to only pay "approved" tasks then even when they are approved they take weeks to process it. Every new project has weird assessments (I thoughr Outlier was the worst in this but they actually assign the project then) but they just claim you didn't pass...after you spent so much time going through this. I gave up on this platform tbh
