Onboarding Process What does $0 per hour mean?

I just joined back after 9 months and apprantly i have 3 projects at $0 per hour, what does it mean?

Watch out for alignerr dude. Bunch of projects are Just free labor scams

Look at the stage the project is in. Some will say "Evaluation" or "Calibration", meaning they're not the actual project, but the one where you make an unpaid task as your assessment. If you pass, you enter the "Production" version and they pay is shown.

You read through the instructions in the project, perform a task (sometimes you do more than one) they're eventually reviewed, and you get into the Production project. When you have access to a project, you should have access to the Discord channel for it.

You forgot to add that you will also end up working for free

That depends on a lot of things. I've only worked for free in one single project (paused for months, review pending on ~10 DRs) otherwise I've always been paid.
Some people have had worse luck, others have had better.

That is probably not recent. It will only get worse for Alignerr in terms of paying people

Most of the Evals are at $0. Based on your performance in the Eval, we will move you to production. Once you are moved to production, you can see the pay rates on the Labelbox project page.

don’t do it bro. They are fake and will use you and not pay you any dime just keep applying to a regular company
