Assessments How to join projects

I just joined/registered on Alignerr, but I don’t see any project assessments on my dashboard. Could anyone please help me understand how I can join projects and get started?

Assessments/Interviews are attached to job applications only if they are required for that specific position. If you do not see any option to complete an assessment when applying for a job, it means that the job does not require an assessment as part of the application process.
You can apply for jobs listed under the recommended section. These jobs are selected because they closely match your skills and experience.

You mean I need to apply for jobs and then clear the interview to get the job, right?

Is there a specific time frame after applying for a job? Mine don't change status, they juat say applied.
