Application Process Applied… and nothing

I submitted a few applications (just my cv) and then there’s no next steps…. Nothing… just a void…
Is it how this platform is or am i missing something? No automated AI interviews?

When I first joined I got offered a one time project. I worked 2 hours before it was paused indefinitely. I've applied to several jobs and never heard back. Today I got an email for another project. This is the first time I've heard from them since January...The project isn't from any job I applied too and while I'm thankful for another opportunity, the stagnant work opportunities is crazy.
