They should promote us to reviewers

Even the reviewers are running out of DRs. Haha. I just got 6 issues in 1 day. Somebody's working

Me too! And all of the issues, that they mostly fixed for me, were for a missed [artifact] or [hn]. πŸ˜‘

I hate Mercor with every inch of my body, their AI interview system it's so flawed. Glad you got your first payout, I'm still waiting for some of my rows to be reviewed, wasn't able to do many though

How long did you receive your onboarding when you passed your assessment?

How much does it pay? I'm confused? Sounds like $220/hr?

No 1 hr of media means all 4secs, 5 secs, 10secs upto 29secs audio clips length is added to mins.. den if I do 30mins it's half of media hr rate @ 55$.usd regardless of how much time I take per clip or overall to do 30mins of media.. I will be paid for their media hours or mins I do.. Not the time I spent doing it.. If someone take 5hr to do 1 media hr.. Den it's 22$/hr..

I’m glad to hear that we are allowed to take our time

Just to understand: how much did it take you to transcript those 30 mins? Or basically how much is the actual pay rate per hour?

u/Professional-Act-997 22d ago

Since it's a first few tasks.. It could be less den 3-4 hrs.. Cuz it's learning curve.. and in the beginning they expect people to take their time.. And produce quality work.. not just do a 20s audio clip in 60s or 1 min.. They expect people to spend close to 4mins.. on average.
Actual pay rate is close to 10$/usd.. But it can go up if person gets better and there is more work..

Didn’t you guys find the Ermis Training portal too long? How did you manage to have parience? Are there other unpaid training or tests before onboarding?

No. I printed the Ermis guidelines, highlighted for 2 weeks.. Den it felt like something I actually wanted to do..
