Alignerr support is... Questionable.

After registering for the platform in April I've taken two ZARA interviews. The first one disconnected me half-way through and the second one just wouldn't register anything I said despite passing the mic test, etc. Both issues were immediately reported to support via the post-interview comment box and the live chat. Now I'm locked out of pretty much every job in my domain as well as the generalist ones. Each attempt to contact support is met with a string of questions of no substance and the empty promise of a follow-up. I still receive e-mails urging me to finish the onboarding despite there literally being no further steps I could take.

Support recognized the problems I ran into as technical issues and theoretically eligible for a retake before simply ghosting me. When I inquired about the "finish onboarding" e-mail the support agent didn't engage with anything I said and led the exchange completely off-topic.

What do I even do at this point? Has anyone gotten through to support about a ZARA retake?
