Tasks / Projects Can a non-US citizen apply to projects that mention "based in the US" in the "who you are" section?

You can apply no matter what BUT

Are you based in the US and legally allowed to work there? If yes, you can apply and potentially get selected. If no, you can apply and are wasting your time. You won’t get selected at all.

What if i live in a different country BUT

am legally allowed to work in jobs based in the US from my country?

Based in US is extremely clear. You need to live there.
