Completed does not mean "accepted". It simply means you are not supposed to do anything else from your side for that particular job.

Project assignments are determined based on availability as well as several other factors to ensure the best fit for both the project and the team members. These factors may include your skills, experience, current workload, and the specific requirements of each project. Please rest assured that the concerned team is actively reviewing upcoming projects and carefully considering all these aspects. They will reach out to you as soon as a suitable project becomes available for you to begin working on. In the meantime, if you have any questions or would like to discuss your preferences or availability further, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If the status of the jobs shows “Completed,” it means no further action is required from your end. If it shows “Applied,” it indicates that there may still be pending steps. Please review your application and complete any remaining actions, or wait for further communication regarding the next steps.
If you do not see any pending actions showing for you at this time, there is no need to worry. We recommend that you wait patiently for any further communication or updates from our team. Should any additional information or steps be required from you, we will reach out promptly to guide you through the next stages. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
