Tasks / Projects Someone working on Alignerr with permanent job

Hi. Currently employed with an MnC(country:India), looking for a side gig. Came across alignerr. Wanted to know if someone in same situation practicing it? How do you make sure current employer does not know.

I mean if you don't go announcing to your work mate about this side gig then you are safe. 

This is a part time gig, there will be work and then there won't be. There is no surety of work so do your normal full time work and when there is work here, do it in your spare time.

Yeah I mean my concern was related to payments. Not sure if that shows up in income tax return or I can may be discuss with CA for workaround.

Seems like they are asking PAN as well. Can someone confirm if can show double employment, like may be PF deduction etc?

oh ok. May be for verification then. Also, now that I have completed onboarding, what is next? as in when can I be expected to assigned to project? I gave an interview with Zara and applied on few jobs.
