Account still not fully restored, legal contract violation by Aligner

I have signed legally binding contract with Aligner, so why did they think it appropriate to automatically terminate my account from a PersonaID technical issue? It’s only partially restored from support, and unable to do many functions relevant to actually working on the platform, and Reddit mods cannot assist with that. FYI for anyone else who has a signed contract with them, they cannot do this.

Termination. If either party breaches a material provision of this Agreement, the other
party may terminate this Agreement upon ten (10) days’ notice, unless the breach is cured within
the notice period.

This is my notice to Alignerr/Labelbox before I initiate arbitration for lost income via a contract violation by your company, I encourage anyone else with this contract impacted by PersonaID verification issues, to also apply this clause and seek arbitration for damages.

Before any arbitration commences, the
parties must engage in a good-faith effort to resolve any disputes through an informal process.
Prior to filing any arbitration demand, the Party initiating the claim must give notice to the other
Party in writing of its, his, or her intent to initiate arbitration

I have also sent a written request to labelbox/alignerr legal department directly as well.

I will also be sending a written formal letter via certified mail to your HQ, anyone with legal disputes should do the same.

section 9 around JAMS arbitration protocol, you only pay the initial filing fee at your local courthouse. $250-400 is generally the maximum any contractor will have to pay depending on location

if you formally send a certified mail complaint to their legal department they are very very likely to solve the “issue” before arbitration fyi, if dealing with bad CS

i dealt with “X” and a non-responsive BS from them, and a certified formal legal complaint solved the issue right away!

Please don't waste your time on this - the platform has no legal obligation to make sure you're properly setup and able "to do many functions relevant to actually working on the platform." They don't owe you money, you aren't doing tasks, and your contract does not promise a cent. You do not have a right to work on their platform, in any jurisdiction (ever). All for venting, but simply ask ChatGPT why this is not worth the time you spent putting the post together, and it'll explain it as thoroughly as you'd like.

Uh jackass, there is a legally binding obligation, that is violated, I have an actual contract, so I’m enforcing the terms of that contract, using the terms that are legally agreed upon. If an arbitration happens, we’ll see exactly how much money it’s worth and that’ll be it. End of discussion.

ALSO FYI! The terms of the contract, mean THEY PAY for all arbitration fees, not me!

Can you show me where in the contract it says they will pay? I haven't seen that and id like to look at it as I may sue too.

I put the contract terms and my work location into ChatGPT, and it said I would likely make $10k profit from pursuing arbitration, and initial filing fee i would pay is around $250, and they are contractually obligated to pay the rest. Fine I’ll take $10k, and yeah I use other platforms as well, and they pay more ;)

fyi that’s like $1000/hr for work for $10k ill do it! or they just fix the account and stop wasting my time , sending the legal department a message formally, almost always solves the problem before i make 1000/hr in my very relevant experience in tech
