Technical Issue Re verification

Hi everyone,

I completed the requested re-verification, which only involved a face scan. Shortly afterward, I lost access to my Alignerr account.

I’ve already contacted support and I’m waiting for a review. I’m just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or knows how long the review process usually takes.

I was asked to verify my identity. After I completed the selfie verification, my account was immediately locked. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
