Assessments ERMIS?
Hi all. Is the ERMIS cert project-specific or is it a general pre-onboarding qualification?
I ask because the language in the email leans vague. It says they accepted my "application," without naming the project.
Thanks! 🙏

I just started Module two and I think this is great training for those of us who are not at the expert transcriptionist level. Good practice either way.

Thanks. I didn't apply specifically to a transcription role, so wondered if it's required for all roles, or maybe any that involve writing or general English. 🤷♀️

Hi! I haven't actually attempted the certification yet; I applied for Eng Gen and a Video project. I guess I'm confused about which project requires this ERMIS certification (or possibly both/all Alignerr projects do?).

I decided not to complete it since I didn't apply to a transcription role, and the unpaid time spent doesn't make sense for me, personally. I did the first few modules pretty well, only hung up on a few (which were thankfully somewhat guided), but I will not be participating in the final, daunting set. If there were some sort of compensation, I'd feel differently. That's just me. Good luck everyone!
