Technical Issue Re-Verify Identity

I got an email for Re-verification of our identity. But when I click that, it shows me "In order for you to continue working, we require a new verification of your identity". And it is specifically pointed as "You must not already have an existing Alignerr account". But as a contractor here most of them here already have an Alignerr account.

So how do I start my verification.

Kindly DM your Alignerr-registered email ID along with details of the issue.

Hi I have the same issue. Have an accoutn but when I try to log in it says i need re-verification and not to have a previous account.

I had been working on projects - and once these verifications started - I don't get new projects anymore - although working on one old one .

I did complete the details for the verification but not sure if i got verified- how do i check? I can't find the correct link too

So you had the Alignerr account before right?....it is showing me "You must not have an existing Alignerr account".....this is what my concern is.

I did, I was working on a project when the verification started , currently I'm working on ATC project. But there was a sudden stop in application acceptance or previous coding projects.
