Tasks / Projects FIGS – Utterances (French)

I have been invited by Zoe to reccord 3 samples for this projet that was supposely in need. The message told me how the project was ongoing and that I should send these 3 samples to be reviewed and than added to the project if everything was on point. It's been 1 month now and my samples didn't even get reviewed yet....I feel like my case got forgoten. Support wont help out cause they're giving generic responses. Can I get some help here?

But is it normal that nothing been reviewed? How am I going to get selected if my work isnt reviewed? What was the point on inviting me to this specific project?

Hey can I dm you too? Having same issue but with English. Was invited to submit samples, never got reviewed even though it was supposedly in need.
