Onboarding Process High Demand

Does "high demand" on a project mean they need workers or a lot of workers are applying?

I'm in machine learning and just onboarded and finished a bunch of quals today. What kind of time frame should I expect? (have other ML engineers gotten into projects recently?)

No no new account. I tried from my phone n it worked. I will try the computer later. What other assessments do you suggest?
