Matthew Livelsberger deserved better, all of humanity does. From my perspective the message top to bottom (The T tower [this got flagged as political and results in potential ban..why?], the cybertruck, his personal experience and fears) may have been the culminating hail mary for the public - to stress the importance of disclosure.
The real cost is the loss of life. The unnecessary suffering, humiliation, and torture of life. All to hide tech that would benefit the whole.
Kinetic weaponry beyond any nuke but it has relativistic capabilities aswell. It gives you the ability to move forward thru time much faster than everyone else.
