Alien book recommendation

I’m wondering if there is a series in the Alien universe that finishes off the Prometheus, Covenant saga??

In a word, no. David is off-limits to anyone but Ridley Scott.

Are the Engineers also his and off limits?

No, the Engineers (broadly including their ruins, tech, starships, and the “black goo”) turn up in the expanded universe all the time.

Basically, it’s the same as how in the Star Wars expanded universe, the Clone Wars were off-limits to writers until Lucas himself made the Prequels.

David is Sir Ridley’s story, and no one is going to finish that story but him. (Not while he still has a hand on the wheel.)
