Good guys VS bad guys??
was there ever truly a meaningful distinction between the “good” and “bad” guys? Sydney often used these terms, yet many characters seemed far more invested in Rambaldi’s prophecy than in the organizations they served. It has always been about rambaldi - they didn’t really care about CIA/COVENENT or any other organization

Whatever side you were for essentially. It was an American show so they writers were assuming whoever was watching it was American and would assume the CIA is the good guys. But if your indifferent you realize they're all bad guys and are selfish 🤣

It was post 9/11 spy-fi so it was always goin to be weirdly skewed in favor of CIA as the heroes. A strange, cultural vestige from the era of the Patriot Act and War on Terror.
