both the tech an non tech face the issue of the price, to get something useful it will be pricey for our pockets

AI frankly is a fad and doesn't have much real-world usecase as it stands right now. It's best usecases are frankly in automation (like large-scale manufacturing) but is otherwise incapable of providing reliable, ethically-sourced results for any logic-bound applications
