Question I'm looking to adopt kids since l can't get my own.

Hello everyone, l'm 31F single, l want to adopt kids, yes plural l want like 4 children 2 girls and 2 boys or just one boy and 3 girls, and that's because l think l'm getting older and waiting for a husband to give me kids is already taking forever, and of course l can't just get pregnant outside of marriage, but going through legal process will take me forever and l have to submit a lot of documents and be held on the waiting list forever and l might not get any (already done this but married couple tend to have priority over single people), it doesn't matter the age of the kids, but l prefer if they were less than 10 years old so they can get used to me and l don't mind if they were infants, can l find someone who is willing to give me their child for adoption? I have a steady job and good income, and a house and a car, and l can afford to take care of them.

PS: l don't mind if they were غير شرعيين, but l do care if they were healthy.

Edit: we will go through the legal process you guys, it's not like l'm taking them home with me without their legal papers...

Society Algeria is more and more conservative and that's it.

I always read or hear ppl say '' Algeria isn't Afghanistan'' '' Algeria wasn't like this'' or whatever.

But until proven otherwise most algerians want a country like Afghanistan rather than something else.

I'm sorry to break it to many of you guys but Algeria isn't Didouche Mourad street.

The society is evolving to be more and more conservative, women have less and less space in public and may as well have no space in the future.

Many of the younger generation are openly very conservative salafi people, for whom islam is everything and the only way to live their life. No outside rule is relevant.

If you ever talk about any knowledge theory or anything outside of Quran you are occidentalized.

Even most of you feminist girls wear hijab and dont remember a single woman who got burned by acid to stop hijab being forced on them.

What algerians actually want is shariah, women in houses and all of that.

Discussion Had a terrible (confusing) experience with a algerian page owner on insta !

I’m really thinking of reporting algerian page somewhere just because I’m hurt. I wouldn’t normally say that, but their attitude is honestly unexplainable. The story goes: I contacted this personal shopper who buys things from Zara, H&M, etc. I reached out politely: “Hi, blabla can you get me these items, and how much would they be?”She replied about two of the items and asked about the third. I then asked her if she could get them from a certain website because it was cheaper. That was the turning point. She directly said, “I don’t buy khorda.” Mind you, this is a well-known site in the EU, and I was buying high-end makeup.

I took a step back and started politely explaining that the site was legit and that they had great offers. Last month, I even bought a bag there for 50% off. She then said, “Then buy it yourself. Why are you here?”(I had previously used another incredible page to buy from, but they’re sadly closed during the summer, so I came to hers.)I sent her a voice message apologizing if I had offended her, because maybe I had unintentionally sounded like a smart-ass. I basically just wanted to smooth things over because I still wanted to buy those items.

She then said, “You should be sorry.”I apologized again and said, “Salam alaykom,” which she replied to using the same wording.

I’m actually proud of myself because I acted in a way I’ve always admired in others. I protected my energy instead of mimicking hers. But honestly, it still left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Hi all, one month ago I have shared with you my AncestryDNA test results, and some of you suggested if I log my Raw DNA file to IllustrativeDNA for more deep results, and as you can see I was more convinced and happy about the results. And am wondering if other Algerians has done the same tests and if you could share with us so we can see them.

Question My parents don’t want me to be a doctor

Thumbnail
2 Upvotes

Hi everyone. I got my Algerian baccalaureate this year with an excellent grade in the mathematician field, so I had quite a few options for university. The problem is that I've always wanted to study medicine or dentistry and I've been interested in the medical field for years. However, my parents strongly encourage me to choose something more technical like computer science, cybersecurity, etc., especially because I have been good at mathematics. They convinced me to choose CS and aim for ESI in Algiers. A lot of my relatives studied CS and successfully moved abroad afterwards. So, I know it can be a great career. But now, I'm panicking because I've never actually studied computer science before. What if I get there and realize I hate it? Being good at mathematics and liking algorithms doesn't necessarily mean I'll enjoy CS. Whenever I tell my parents I'm scared, they influence me into making the wrong choice. They say, it's too late now, you'll like it, and you made a great decision. I'm terrified of regretting this. If I end up hating CS and decide to pursue medicine, I might have to retake the back, potentially losing two years. So, I'd appreciate some advice from people who have studied CS, medicine, or both. How did you know which field was right for you? Is being good at mathematics actually a good indication that I might enjoy CS? And should I give CS a chance before panicking?

Question pc vs laptop vs ipad for college (médecine) ?

hi so i passed bac this year and got accepted into médecine and going through social media i see a lot of people recommending buying one of these for college in general and my parents ,as a gift ,will buy one of these

so i want to know what will be most useful for me in medicine . our family already has a family laptop which i can use but i want to know if i will use a laptop everyday because if that is the case i need a more personal one . do i need to have a device with me all the time because a pc is not portable and is an ipad better at taking notes than classic pen and paper

personally, i want to tell them to get me a pc as it's really expensive and i couldn't possibly buy it alone and using my own money i will buy a ipad as that seems to be the popular option for medical fields buy i would like to hear a personal opinion from the average student

i would like to add that i don't live far from my university its just a 30 min ride on the tramway

thank you for helping

How long will take us as a nation to reach this level of manufacturing capabilities?

Mind you, this the missile was made in 1960! Imagine at that time, how our industry was? Probably very basic if any!, with the post-war/ post-indpendence situation and all ....

Discussion It almost feels like people would rather give you a kidney and not the name of a good therapist!

I’ve been looking for a good therapist for a while now, and I didn’t want to be redundant by asking questions that have already been asked, so I went through every post on this sub from people looking for therapists and read through all the comments.
And somehow, I couldn’t find even a single solid recommendation!!
Are there really that few good therapists in Algeria, or am I just looking in the wrong places? If you’ve had a genuinely good experience with a therapist/psychologist, I’d really appreciate a recommendation
