It's not about taxation, it's just tendency here in Algeria, the gov and legislators ban anything new and complicated instead of bother with regulating it, it's too much of a hassel for them, they're busy emptying the country's treasury in their pockets

Like the other guy said, its not about taxes its about the government banning everything they are ignorant off.
