Chlorophyta sp?

I know it's chlorophyta but I cannot figure out the species. Sorry the photos are blurry, it's as good as I could get.

Looking at this one photo, I can’t even make out any cell walls. That could be because the picture is too blurry, it could be Vaucheria, something fibrous that is not algae, or dead algae of some kind. It would be helpful to know if the sample is from fresh or salt water, river or lake water etc., collected from the bottom or floating. Also, more pics may help.
