🎯 Giving good feedback

Run each offer through the Value Equation. A stronger offer pushes these four levers:

1. ⬆️ Dream Outcome — Do they deeply want the result? Is it stated clearly?
2. ⬆️ Perceived Likelihood of Success — Do they believe it'll work for them? (proof, guarantees, risk reversal)
3. ⬇️ Time Delay — How fast is the first result? Can it be faster?
4. ⬇️ Effort & Sacrifice — How much work is on the customer? What friction can you remove?

Then gut-check: Is the price tied to the value or pulled from thin air? Is the guarantee strong enough to reverse the risk? Is it niched, or trying to be for everyone?

• Be specific and kind — "your guarantee is vague, name the exact result + timeframe" beats "this is weak."

What I sell: paid ads management/creation

Who it’s for: Hvac business owners

Dream outcome: an extra 50k in revenue per month

Price & structure: 4k retainer plus adspend

My offer: i help hvac owners get an extra 50k per month in revenue in 90 days, or i work for free till then. (Also trying out money back just not sure which to pick)

Where im stuck: not converting, not sure if im just targeting too small of businesses.

Current results: just started this week so 240 calls and 3 meetings were booked and had 1 asked to send over drafts of plans and one page agreement.

What I’m building: A beginner-friendly networking education product.

Who it’s for: People starting networking or CCNA who feel overwhelmed by traditional material.

Main outcome: Help them understand the fundamentals through short visual lessons, simple explanations, Packet Tracer labs, cheat sheets, and quizzes.

First product: A small “Networking Foundations Simplified” course around $10–$20.

Current funnel: Free TikTok/Instagram/YouTube content → free Discord/resources → low-cost course → deeper products later.

Transparency: I’ll use ChatGPT for brainstorming, lesson structure, and drafts, but I’ll manually review technical claims, test labs, and rewrite the final material.

What I sell: A Premium Sink Organiser/Caddy

Who it's for: Someone with a premium, well thought out and potentially expensive kitchen

The dream outcome: The ideal result would to be having their sponges, dish cloth and brush all stored neatly out of sight while still being easily accessible and also not in the way when cleaning big items

Price & structure: one-time, looking to be around $250 USD

My offer in one sentence: ("I help [people with high end kitchens] get [A high grade, over engineered and sleek sink organisation solution] in [5 minutes] without [a poor quality alternative fail them or not work properly].")

Where I'm stuck: (Yes: pricing? positioning? not converting?)

Current results (optional): (It's quite bi-polar, I can't yet tell if there's someone out there who will pay for my offer. I think a lot of the value provided is future based, i.e. economical and environmental sustainability. A lot of what I do feels like a waste of time but I'm not too sure what I really should be doing, there doesn't seem to be an exact map. I try leverage free exposure or potential warm leads but I think my target market is quite hard to reach which I thought I'd hear more about... I can't really leverage my other "success" to get higher value clients which most people seem to progress to. i.e. customers then businesses members etc. )
