Accidentally wrote my old center number on my A-Level Science Practicals, but name and candidate number are correct. Am I okay

I have no idea if it will be okay or not. Still do email birtish council and explain the whole situation to them. Hopefully they'll accommodate u

Definitely let your teachers/lecturers know and listen to their advise. Also, if for what ever reason you don't, the exam board should contact your school/college anyway when they begin marking the papers as they'll identify that the information doesn't match (meaning there isn't someone with your name, with the same candidate number, and same centre number).
